If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too. Just send your item(s) back in unwashed, unworn condition with the tags on. Include the return information sheet packed with your original order, or download a pdf here.

Please use an insurable carrier. Sweetgrass is not responsible for items lost in transit on return.

We accept returns only on items purchased at sweetgrassfibers.com or at an event where we sold directly to the public. Items purchased at a retail store cannot be returned to Sweetgrass directly. Please take the item back to the store where you purchased it and they will work out an exchange or refund with you depending on their policy.
